"Feldman (1983) conducted the most extensive review of studies relating overall and contentspecific dimensions of SETEs to teacher age, teaching experience, and academic rank. In earlier research, Feldman (1976) devised a set of categories reflecting content-specific components of teaching effectiveness from the students’ perspective (see Table 1) and used these categories to facilitate his 1983 review. In Table 1 are presented Feldman’s categories, the SEEQ factor mostly nearly related to each category, and a summary of the relation of ratings in each category to his seniority measures. Feldman (1983) reported that SETEs were only weakly related to the three measures of seniority (age, years experience, and academic rank)." (Marsh_Hocevar_1991 p. 304)
